Pakistan Releases Draft Code of Conduct

Pakistan's Election Commission has released a proposed code of conduct for election candidates ahead of the general election in January. The code, which proposes to ban large rallies and marches, was flagged by the government in the wake of suicide blasts targeting former premier Benazir Bhutto that killed 139 people last week.
