Authorities in Pakistan are expanding rescue efforts in the country's flood-ravaged Punjab province. Pakistan is experiencing its biggest flooding on record with more heavy rain forecast.

Pakistan's Punjab province is battling historic floods triggered by heavy rainfall and water released from Indian dams. Over 900,000 people and 600,000 animals have been evacuated. Despite tech-driven rescue operations, many villagers report no government support. With millions affected and billions of rupees in damage expected, recovery remains uncertain as more rain threatens the region.
