Panama papers: Oil firm avoids tax in Uganda

Tax evasion in Africa costs the continent $50 billion every year. That money could be used to build badly-needed hospitals and schools. In Uganda, one company has managed to avoid paying $400 million in tax by registering in Mauritius.
