Well, as we mentioned a little earlier, the numbers Michaela's been giving us are all subject to change because of a rather arcane aspect of German electoral rules known as extra seats. I'm not even going to try to explain, our next report will do that better than I could ever hope to...but suffice it to say that it will not be clear until the final vote tally later tonight just how many extra seats each party gets -- and how that affects the coalition arithmetic.
