With a month to go before national elections here in Germany, in-fighting between the two main parties continues. A dispute has now erupted between two ministries for drafting competing versions of the SAME legislation. The economics minister Karl-Theodor zu Guttenberg has come under fire for stepping outside his area of responsibility AND for outsourcing the work to private consultants. Here's more on the story.
