French automaker Peugeot has entered into a historic 3-way partnership with Chinese carmaker Dongfeng and the French government. Peugeot will now share corportate control and get a 3 Billion Euro cash infusion - as well as access to the growing Chinese market, crucial for the French company, which has seen declining European sales.
