Philippines Still in a State of Shock Over Mindanao Massacre

It was an incredibly brutal massacre on Monday in the Southern Philippines. 57 people were killed as they were traveling in a convoy to nominate an opposition candidate for the governor's elections in the province of Maguindanao on the restive island of Mindanao.
