Pilots at Germany's largest airline vote to strike

Pilots at Germany's largest airline, Lufthansa, voted overwhelmingly to strike a short while ago. The pilot's association, which represents 45- hundred Lufthansa pilots, says their members will not show up starting next Monday. Analysts say a strike would be very costly for Lufthansa. The union is demanding an end to the airline's practice of sending pilots to Lufthansa subsidiaries--where they are paid less. The pilots had offered to take a pay freeze.
