While the fighting continues at home, Syrian opposition officials ABROAD are making plans for a POST-Assad Syria. Here in Berlin, activists have drawn up a ROADMAP of democratic reforms. It was drafted in secret over a six-month period by the Syrian National Council and other opposition groups.
