Poles will have to vote again next month for a new President - following an inconclusive ballot over the weekend. Near-complete results show parliamentary speaker and acting president Bronislav Komorov-ski ahead of conservative leader Jaroslaw Kaczynski - who launched a bid to replace his brother and close political ally. The snap election came after Lech Kaczynski died last April in a plane crash along with other top politicians. Authorities organized special transportion for voters in regions badly affected by flooding after recent heavy rains.
