Riot police in Ukraine have moved in on protest camps in the heart of the capital, Kiev. They have been pulling down barricades in a bid to dislodge protestors who have been blocking official buildings, demanding the government resign. At the same time, President Viktor Yanukovich has backed calls for dialogue with the opposition.
