Loneliness is on the rise in Lisbon, especially among seniors. RADAR Project is a public initiative that helps them build social networks.

Filipe Garcia and police in Portugal's capital Lisbon visit seniors as part of the RADAR project, a European initiative fighting rising loneliness. With tourism and fragmented families weakening community ties, RADAR identifies isolated older residents and builds neighborhood support networks. Many seniors depend on this help as daily life becomes more challenging.
