The death toll from powerful explosions at a munitions dump in Congo is now close to 200. International aid has started arriving to treat over 1,300 wounded and assist some 5,000 people made homeless. The explosions flattened hundreds of houses in Brazzaville. Authorities are investigating the cause - which may have been a fire from a short circuit.
