Porsche has revived a classic -- but with modern technology. The Targa is based on the 911 Cabriolet. What's new is that the Targa's roof opens and closes like a convertible's. The all-wheel drive accelerates the Targa 4S to a top speed of 294 kilometers an hour and brings the car from zero to 100 kilometers per hour in 4.6 seconds.
