Presenting Weisswurst in a Whole New Way

The white sausage - known as weisswurst - is a favorite dish in Bavaria. It is made of veal, pork and herbs and traditionally served with sweet mustard and pretzels. Eating it the traditional way involves sucking the meat out through the sausage skin. Now butcher Steffen Schütze's of Freising offers a specially-made version of weisswurst in a burger. So far, it's only available in his hometown.
