Quake strikes Indonesian capital

A strong quake rattled Indonesia Tuesday, sparking panic in the capital Jakarta and ripping roads apart in the countryside. The relatively shallow quake of magnitude 6 struck off the island of Java, but the authorities have ruled out the risk of a tsunami.
