Around the world, some one billion people smoke. Many would like to quit, but nicotine is very addictive - especially psychologically. When trying to stop smoking, many people turn to acupuncture, hypnosis or nicotine patches for help - with varying success. While some have good experiences with behavioral change methods, most cigarette addicts who butt out do so all on their own.
