European rabbis are urging Jews in Germany to IGNORE a ruling, that bans circumcision. A court in Cologne decided it amounts to grevious bodily harm, even if the child's parents approve. The ruling stems from the case of a surgeon charged with inflicting bodily harm on a MUSLIM boy, when complications developed after the operation.
