Rahel Mann: Hidden from the Holocaust

When the Nazis capitulated in the spring of 1945, seven-year-old Rahel Mann emerged from the cellar in which she had been hiding for months. Although her first post-war years in Berlin were happy ones, the horrors of the past eventually caught up with her. Having learned how to survive, however, Rahel Mann trained to become a psychotherapist and, to this day, helps others.
