American television host Savannah Guthrie and her siblings have told her mother's apparent abductors that her family will pay for her safe return. Nancy Guthrie went missing from her home in Arizona a week ago Sunday.

Police and the FBI are searching for 84‑year‑old Nancy Guthrie, mother of US TV host Savannah Guthrie, one week after her disappearance in Arizona.

A new ransom message sent to a local TV station has been handed to investigators.

Savannah Guthrie and her siblings issued a public plea, while neighbors have expressed shock over the case.

Police say blood found at her home matches Nancy Guthrie, and that her doorbell camera and pacemaker were disabled the night she vanished.
