Rating agency Fitch has downgraded Greece's credit rating by two notches. This means the euro zone country now has the same rating as Morocco and Namibia when it comes to borrowing money on international markets. Athens has been struggling to sort out a massive debt crisis. But speculation that Greece will need assistance from the EU and the IMF has only increased its cost of borrowing.
