At least 40 people were killed by Israeli gunfire and airstrikes across Gaza on Sunday. The Red Crescent reported two successive hits on its Khan Younis offices that killed one aid worker and injured three.

An Israeli airstrike hit the Palestinian Red Crescent headquarters in Khan Yunis, killing staff and injuring others. The building was struck multiple times during rescue efforts, prompting accusations of deliberate targeting and violations of international law. A nearby UN school was also hit, killing civilians including children. Despite recent aid airdrops, Gazans say food remains scarce and dangerous to access. The humanitarian situation continues to deteriorate amid ongoing violence.
