Red river sparks pollution fears in Argentina

A small river on the outskirts of Buenos Aires has turned deep red, sparking pollution concerns. Authorities have collected water samples to find out the cause of the color change. Local residents fear that illegal chemical dumping by factories in the area is to blame.
