After the expiry of an ultimatum to the fighters of the People's Liberation Front in Tigray, Ethiopia's President Abiy Ahmed has announced a final military offensive. One million people have already been displaced by the bloody conflict. Refugee camps in Sudan are hardly able to respond the growing influx.
