Germany's social affairs minister has announced a further step aimed at combatting right-wing extremism. Christina Schroeder says the government will create an information center dedicated to assuring effective dissemination of knowledge about the problem. Late last year Germany agreed to create a central data bank on right-wing extremism. The measures come in response to revelations about a neo-Nazi terror cell in Germany that carried out numerous murders and yet remained undetected.
