Reports say that dozens of civilians from Myanmar's Muslim Rohingya minority group have been killed in an alleged attack by separatist rebels. The alleged attack near the town of Maungdaw is being blamed on the Arakan Army - which has been fighting Myanmar's military in the area. The rebel group has denied responsibility.
