The idea originated in the US, and it is the latest trend to hit Germany. The basic idea is that you drift downhill on a self-built tricycle. You can make the wheels out of PVC so that they are really slippery and you don't need to attach breaks, either. To show us how it all works we met the Drift Trike Boys club from the little town of Oer-Erkenschwick in the Ruhr Valley.
