Robin Szolkowy and Aliona Savchenko are Germany's pairs figure skating hopefuls at the Sochi Winter Olympics. Russia's Tatiana Volosozhar and Maxim Trankov will be hard to beat, but Szolkowy and Savchenko are determined to try to win their first Olympic gold medal at this, their third and probably final Olympics, despite Savchenko's recent health problems.
