Russia and the United States say they have made significant progress during disarmament talks in Moscow

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton tried to present a united front with Russia on Iran's nuclear programm after meeting with her counterpart in Moscow on Tuesday. Also on the agenda of today's talks was a new US-Russian treaty to reduce stockpiles of nuclear arms and missile defence. It is Clinton's first visit to Moscow since taking office and since US President Barack Obama vowed to "reset" US-Russia relations. +++SYN-MAZ+++
