The US/Russian relationship has hit a low point in recent weeks. Washington is furious with Moscow's decision to offer former NSA contractor Edward Snowden asylum there. All the same, the countries' foreign ministers have begun crucial talks at the State Department. They're aiming to find solutions to major global conflicts.
