Russia has again bombarded Ukrainian cities, striking the capital, Kyiv, and the country's second largest city, Kharkiv. Russia's Defense Ministry said the attack on Kharkiv was retaliation for Ukrainian strikes on the Russian border city of Belgorod a day earlier.
