Officials in Russia have been laughing off the most recent round of sanctions imposed by the EU and the US late this week. Dozens of people close to President Vladimir Putin have been targeted in the hopes that it will put pressure on him to back down on annexing Crimea. The sanctions haven't made so much as a dent in Putin's resolve, but how about Russia's economy?
