Russian Paralympic athletes are disappointed after the Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld the ban by the International Paralympic Committee. The lockout was imposed after a WADA-commissioned report on the evidence of doping in Russia. It means that no Russians will be allowed to participate in the games, which begin on September 7.
