Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction

This dysfunction is often the cause of pain in the lower back. It can be triggered by bad posture or a sudden unfortunate movement. Pain therapy does help, but physiotherapy and exercise are key to long-term success in keeping the problem at bay.
