Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saudi al-Faisal has responded by naming two conditions, the first being an official request from Afghanistan, and the second, that the Taliban cut off their relations with al-Qaeda and bin Laden.

The world leaders also backed Karzai's plan to reintegrate moderate Taliban into Afghan society.
