Prosecutors in Germany are now looking into possible criminal charges against Europe's biggest automobile club ADAC. It recently admitted to manipulating a survey to name VW's Golf as Germany's favorite car. Prosecutors in Munich stressed that they were making only preliminary enquiries to see if there'd been any criminal motive.
