The Bavarian Alps! The perfect backdrop for a magisterial convertible. In 1956, BMW brought out its most expensive car till then. Michael Pritschow has owned his 503 Cabriolet for 16 years now, and he's still thrilled by it.

For the last 16 years, Michael Preshow has been the proud owner of a 503 Cabriolet. It was the first German car with an electrically powered soft top as a standard feature. The entire chassis was made of aluminum, and an aluminum-alloy V8 engine was standard.
