The presidents of Sudan and South Sudan are meeting for negotiations in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa. Both President Salva Kiir of South Sudan and his counterpart from the north, Omar al-Bashir, say they want to defuse hostilties and re-start oil transports across the border -- but there is deep-seated mistrust between the neighbouring countries.
