Members of Heilbronn’s communal security service are cruising the downtown area on Segways. They’ve been assisting local police in the effort to apprehend thieves, reduce traffic violations and reprimand litterbugs. The high-tech cops on wheels rolled tight into the hearts of Heilbronners.
