The second round of the presidential election in Serbia is shaping up to be a run-off between a pro-Russian candidate and the country's pro-European incumbent. Against the background of tensions over the future of Kosovo, Serbs voted in a first round on Sunday, giving a slightly larger share to the natonalist leader of the Radical Party, Tomislav Nicolic. President Boris Tadic campaigned on a strong EU platform despite its pledge to back independence for Kosovo -- a move many Serbs strongly oppose. +++SYN-MAZ+++
