The European Union's envoy to Kosovo has appealed to ethnic Serbs in the newly independent republic to co-operate with his personnel there. Tensions in the Serb-dominated north of Kosovo have forced the EU to relocate staff. The appeal came on the sixth day of protests against Kosovan independence.
