Catalonian cuisine is renowned great tradition and good taste so Euromaxx went in search of a typical Catalonian dish for our à la carte section. In today's edition we went to Girona and learned how to make "Mar i muntanya," or "Sea and Mountains." Showing us how to do it was Occi Restaurant owner Sergi Ballus.
