Young star chef Christian Bau is the mastermind behind the exquisite culinary creations at Victor’s Gourmet restaurant Schloss Berg situated in Nenning, a hamlet in the Mosel region where he’s been cooking away since 1998. The one-time souschef of Harald Wohlfahrt has won countless awards, among which are the Chef of the Year 2005, the same year he earned his third Michelin star, rendering him one of the most sought-after chefs in Germany. Bau is said to compose "true symphonies of culinary art".
