We start off at the Val Thorens ski resort in the French Alps, at an altitude of 2,300 meters and meet chef Jean Suplice, who is also a keen skier. He's been head of the L'Oxalys Restaurant, where he's earned two Michelin stars. He shows us the challenges of cooking high up where science is a bit different.
