In this series we meet people whose profession revolves around the mountains. We start off at the Val Thorens ski resort in the French Alps, at an altitude of 2,300 meters and meet chef Jean Suplice, who is also a keen skier. He's been head of the L'Oxalys Restaurant, where he's earned two Michelin stars. He shows us the challenges of cooking high up where science is a bit different.
