Ice cream made with honey and sheep's milk - that's what Wolfgang Kress produces. The amateur beekeeper, who lives in the state of Baden-Württemberg, spent years working on getting the recipe right. He chose to use sheep's milk so that people allergic to cow's milk could also enjoy this sweet treat.
