The adventures of "Simon’s Cat" have become an Internet sensation, as well as a goldmine for its creator, Simon Tofield. His animated films have received over 100 million hits on YouTube.

One day, British illustrator and cartoonist Simon Tofield sat down to work on his home computer, only to be constantly distracted by his mischievous cat. As it purred, jumped on his lap and lay across the keyboard, Simon came up with an idea. He created a 90-second cartoon clip based on the cat’s antics and named it "Cat Mad Do". After being uploading online, it became an instant hit, and the film now has 32 million views. The video then became a successful series, with Simon’s channel receiving 235 million hits. Now he has his own firm, and "Simon’s Cat" is being marketed around the world.
