Sleep deprivation and its dangerous consequences

People who constantly sleep badly risk depression and disruptions in their hormone balance. And according to the latest research, their risk of infection is also elevated, because sleep deprivation weakens the immune system. Long-term sleep deprivation can also lead to a higher incidence of ulcers and heart attacks, and, in women, a higher risk of breast cancer.
