Slowakian voters head to the polls tomorrow to elect a new Parliament. And the European Commission in Brussels will be paying particularly close attention. Slowakia is obligated to pay some 810- Mmillion Euros to the special Euro bank fund. But it is one of the EUs poorest countries, making this election a tense ordeal.
