Slumdog Millionaire takes eight Oscars including Best Picture and Best Director

"Slumdog Millionaire" -- a rags to riches tale about the rise to fame and fortune of a poor Indian tea boy -- has swept eight Oscars. They included best picture and best director for Danny Boyle. Sean Penn picked up the best male lead prize for his role in "Milk", and Kate Winslet -- who had been nominated five times in the past -- finally took home an Oscar for her performance in "The Reader".
