Social Democrats and Greens win German state vote in Bremen

In an effort to boost voter turnout in Bremen,16-year-olds were allowed to vote for the first time. But that didn't seem to help much. The total number of people voting in the Bremen election actually dropped. Still, that has not dampened the enthusiasm of Bremen's victorious mayor.
